Williamsville Suburban LLC vindicated in Federal Court!

On Thursday, May 22, Federal Judge Michael Kaplan issued an Injunction against the State of New York prohibiting them from proceeding with their Berger plans at Williamsville Suburban LLC until the entire case can be heard. In that same ruling, Judge Kaplan ordered the State to release the nearly $3 million in funds owed to the facility by the State since 2004. Furthermore, Judge Kaplan accused the State of trying to destroy the business, called for sanctions and will hear damage claims for Williamsville Suburban LLC in his court as well.
