Our therapists received assistance from physicians at John Hopkins University to develop the area's VERY FIRST Stroke Recovery Program in 1993. Our rehab results have been amazing for our clients over the years. This program is specifically designed for each person to recover from a stroke and reach their highest potential, and return to home or to a lower level of independent care like Assisted Living. Our nursing and therapy team has achieved outstanding results for stroke victims and specializes in complex medical cases.
Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Program

Our experienced and caring therapist team works directly with your physician by providing "real time" progress reports and takes directives from the physician to determine your best plan of recovery.

After an acute hospitalization stay or elective surgery, Legacy provides the finest nursing and rehabilitation services in the area. It's a fact – people recover faster outside of a hospital setting. Once a patient no longer needs the acute care services of a hospital, Legacy can provide all the services you need in a specialized and distinct postacute care unit. Our small "Boutique" style facilities offer you personalized attention during your stay. Your physician may follow and treat you at a Legacy Facility of your choice. Your recuperation care plan is as unique as you are combining your wishes with our nursing experience.
